This ceremonial cacao comes from Honduras, near Lago de Yojoa and community, directly supporting the surrounding local communities through sustainable practices and fair partnerships.

The cacao is 100% pure, organic cacao mass made without additives or processing, preserving the full power and nutrition of the cacao bean. It is naturally rich in magnesium, calcium, iron, copper, zinc, potassium, as well as vitamins C, E, B1, B2, B5, and B9. When consumed, the cacao stimulates the body’s release of dopamine and serotonin, which can promote feelings of joy, love, and presence. Furthermore, cacao can support the body by lowering cholesterol levels and increasing blood flow by up to 30–40%.

Ceremonial cacao is often used in meditation, manifestation, and other heart-centered rituals. Many experience an opening of the heart, enhanced creativity, and a deeper connection to themselves. Mix your dose with 100 ml hot water and 25 ml coconut milk.
Add spices like cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cayenne pepper, vanilla, and a pinch of sea salt.
While mixing, preferably by hand, set your intention with visualization, singing, or prayer.
Enjoy and drink mindfully.
